At North Pointe Dental, our administrative team is grateful for the opportunity to assist patients with understanding the benefits and limitations of their insurance plans. Though your relationship with your insurance company is separate from your relationship with our practice, our team uses our knowledge and experience to help you maximize any insurance benefits that you may have.
Our practice works with most dental insurance providers. As a courtesy, our office will verify your benefits and give you an estimated cost. Although we strive to provide accurate information regarding your benefits, it is not a guarantee of payment. Payment of benefits are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the contract with your insurance provider. We submit your dental claims to your insurance provider on your behalf.
As insurance companies continue to change their parameters of coverage in an effort to be more profitable, our team at North Pointe Dental will not alter our commitment to providing exceptional dental care. Our office has made a deliberate decision to not have our care dictated or influenced by the changing policies of insurance companies. As always, our team endeavors to maintain the highest standards of care for our patient community.
If you currently have active dental benefits, we ask that you please bring a copy of your dental benefit card to your first appointment. If your provider has not given you a benefit card, please have your subscriber ID number, group number and insurance company’s phone number available at the time of your appointment. And if your insurance changes, please bring this information with you so we can update our records.
